- Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx with comprehensive tracking
- Free Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS for orders over $50
Note that some Asian and remote regions may have shipping restrictions.
Q: How long does order processing take?
A: Our team carefully prepares your RV essentials within 1-2 business days. For fastest processing, we recommend ordering during weekdays—weekend orders begin processing the next business day.
Q: Can I have my order delivered to an RV park or campground?
A: Absolutely! We understand that our customers are often on the move. Just provide the complete address of your temporary location at checkout. Most of our deliveries require a signature for security, so be sure to check the park’s package receiving policies.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
