We get your adventure essentials ready to roll within 1-2 business days after receiving your order.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping (Recommended):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Flat Rate: $12.95 USD
Free Shipping:
- Available for orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location. We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.
Our Return Promise
If any of our products don’t meet your adventure needs, we’ll make it right. Here’s how our hassle-free returns work:
Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used In-Cab Accessories (due to installation and hygiene considerations)
- Custom-ordered or personalized items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll email you within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship Your Return: Package the item securely with the original packaging and include the return authorization form. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping Information
- Standard Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchange Shipping: We’ll cover the cost to ship your replacement item via standard shipping.
- Original Shipping Fees: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
Prefer a different item? Here’s how exchanges work:
- Follow the standard return process above
- In your email, clearly state the item you’d like to exchange for
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
- Your new item will ship via standard shipping (free of charge)
Damaged or Defective Items
Road conditions can be rough, but your products shouldn’t arrive that way. If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange for a free return shipping label and expedited replacement
