All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Some products may have additional regional restrictions.

4. Orders & Payments

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or pricing errors.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Processing Time

Orders typically process within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

5.2 Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Remote areas may experience delays.

5.3 International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are not included in the product or shipping costs.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used In-Cab Accessories (due to installation and hygiene considerations)
  • Custom-ordered or personalized items
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

6.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Include order number, item(s), and reason for return
  3. Await return authorization (within 2 business days)
  4. Ship items with original packaging and authorization form

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (logos, text, graphics, etc.) is our property or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
